When will I be charged?
After you sign up, our team will confirm your add-on pricing and send you a secure Stripe payment link. You'll only be charged once you click and complete payment.
Are there any contracts?
No contracts. SancoTrack bills month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
What currencies are supported?
All plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change my add-ons later?
Yes. Contact contact@sancotrack.com and we'll update your plan. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
